I believe the answer to that question is – “when you know you can no longer live with your own dishonesty if you continue”.

In my experience as Director of Introductions UK Ltd, one of the most successful and professional dating agencies, for 20 years, I have been asked the question many times. Women in particular often put the welfare of their children and the duty they feel to their husband before everything else.
